Brokkr Systems · Last updated: 06th July 2026

Brokkr Systems (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.

Who we are

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. Brokkr Systems Ltd, CRO no. XXXXXX], Yard 2, Unit 36, Park West Enterprise Centre, Lavery Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin, D12 R668, Ireland. Email: info@brokkrsystems.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

What we collect and why

Enquiries and quote requests. When you contact us by email, phone, or through the site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, project address, dimensions, and any photos or plans you share. We use this to respond to you, prepare quotations, arrange surveys, and deliver our services. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Room visualiser photos. Photos you upload to the door visualiser are processed in your browser to display a preview. [CONFIRM WITH DEVELOPER: if photos are transmitted to or stored on any server, describe that here; if purely client-side, state: “These photos are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.”]

Website usage data. Our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in server logs to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website. [IF ANALYTICS ARE ADDED: name the tool, state that it runs only with your consent, and link to the cookie policy.]

Who we share data with

We share personal data only as needed to provide our services: our website hosting provider (Framer B.V., which may process data outside the EEA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses), our email provider [NAME], and — where you request installation — our installation partners (limited to the details needed to carry out the work). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence: up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a customer file. Customer and transaction records: [6/7 years], as required for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@brokkrsystems.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
