Terms & Conditions
Brokkr Systems · Last updated: 2 July 2026
These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations and orders for Brokkr Systems products and services. “We”/“us” means [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, CRO no. XXXXXX], Yard 2, Unit 36, Park West Enterprise Centre, Lavery Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin, D12 R668. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
1. Website
Content on this site (text, images, the visualiser tool) is provided for general information and remains our property or that of our licensors. Visualiser previews are illustrative only — final appearance, sizing, and suitability are confirmed at survey/quotation stage.
2. Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the information you provide and are valid for [30 days]. Advertised “from” prices refer to standard-size doors in black, supply only, including VAT. Final pricing depends on specification, glazing, configuration, finish, and any bespoke detailing, and will be set out in your written quotation.
3. Orders and deposits
An order is confirmed when you accept a written quotation and pay the agreed deposit of [XX]%. Because every Brokkr door is made to measure, production begins only after specifications are confirmed (and, for installation projects, after final site measurements).
4. Made-to-order products and cancellation
Our products are custom-made to your specification. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except as required by law. Changes requested before production begins will be accommodated where possible and may affect price and lead time.
5. Lead times and delivery
Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks from confirmation, depending on specification and site requirements; timelines given are estimates made in good faith. We will keep you informed of any change. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.
6. Survey and site conditions
For installation projects, final measurements are taken at survey. You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the site. If existing frames or openings prove unsuitable during retrofit assessment, we will advise on options and any cost implications before proceeding.
7. Installation
Standard pricing is supply only. Where installation is arranged, it is carried out by [our team / our vetted installation partners], and the scope will be set out in your quotation. [IF PARTNERS CONTRACT DIRECTLY WITH THE CUSTOMER, STATE THAT HERE.]
8. Guarantee and defects
Our products are covered by a [X]-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, in addition to (not instead of) your statutory rights. If something is wrong, contact info@brokkrsystems.com and we will inspect and remedy defects covered by the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accident, alteration, or normal wear.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Complaints: info@brokkrsystems.com — EU consumers may also use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
